Noor Attisha is a Senior Stakeholder Liaison at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in the Detroit, Michigan office. Before joining the IRS, Noor built up significant experience in the private sector as a Senior Tax Consultant. In this role, she refined her skills in preparing and reviewing tax returns for a varied client base, conducting tax research, and showing a strong dedication to quality. She also shared her knowledge by mentoring new staff and interns, helping them develop the skills needed for success in the field. She applies her rich experience in tax consultation to enhance communication and support between the IRS and its partners. Noor holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Walsh College. Originally from Iraq, she’s a native Arabic speaker who enriches her work with her cultural heritage. Noor enjoys cooking, biking, and spending time with family in her personal time.
