Nancy Arredondo Rodriguez is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the State of Michigan, USA as well as Certified Public Accountant by the Mexican Institute of Chartered Accountants (IMCP by its Spanish Acronym).
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master in Finance with studies in in the University of Queretaro, Mx., University of Vermont, US and University of LaSalle Bajío, Mx.
Nancy worked in public accounting at PwC for 10 years. Her time at the International Firm gave her extensive experience in conducting audit work on reports related to financial statements, prepared with Mexican (NIF), international (IFRS) and the U.S. Financial reporting standards (US GAAP), as well as Mexican tax reports for multinational Companies in different sectors.
After getting her license as CPA by the State of Michigan and strongly committed to serve the foreign community in the US, the last years she has been specializing in taxes for individuals and small businesses. She is a certified Acceptance Agent by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), a credentialed tax professional recognized by the IRS and active member of organizations as Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (MHCC), National Association of Tax Professional (NATP), Latino Tax Professional Association (LTPA), among others.
As part of her commitment with the Hispanic Community in the US, she has participated as speaker in different events with prominent organizations in Michigan, such as the Consulate of Mexico in Detroit, among others.
