Catherine Toone obtained her Series 65 License and is licensed to sell insurance in Michigan, Ohio, Connecticut, New Jersey, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Dan attended Albion College where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Management and was a four-year member of the Albion baseball team. He continued his education and obtained a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He worked in public accounting and internal audit roles for six-plus years before his passion for helping people prompted him to the field of personal finance. His experience with business owners inspired him to obtain the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation to ensure owners plan for and execute the transition from their business to their eventual retirement on their own terms.

In 2022, Dan co-founded Stalt Financial to provide a client-centric financial planning experience for business owners, professionals and their families.

Dan lives in Troy, MI with his wife, Jenna, son, Brooks, and their two dogs, Stella and Eddie. He enjoys getting outdoors whenever possible, playing the drums, and all things Detroit sports.
