Part I: Developing New Business – It’s A Process! Description: Introduction to the NLA Business Development Process©, an 8-step comprehensive, measurable, actionable, process that facilitates new client acquisition and retention of existing client partnerships.

Learning Objective: Recognize the steps and the associated deliverables. Recognize the tasks for each step and understand how to customize and revise to meet target pipeline, acquisition and retention objectives.

Delivery: Interactive working session including group, individual exercises and role plays.

Part II: Precision Prospecting: Building Buyer Personas & Journeys Description: Take the guesswork out of customer acquisition with Precision Prospecting. This workshop empowers entrepreneurs to strategically identify, understand, and engage their ideal prospects.

Learning Objective: Learn how to craft in-depth buyer personas that capture key behaviors, motivations, and challenges of your target audience. Then, map out tailored buyer journeys that guide potential customers seamlessly from awareness to decision. Know who your customers are and how they make buying decisions.

Delivery: Interactive working session including individual exercises to complete the persona and journeys for your targets.

Templates provided. Laptops or tablets encouraged.
