On March 25, Oakland Thrive hosted an interactive Business Development workshop with B2B Technical Assistance Provider Nicole Lewis focused on equipping entrepreneurs with a structured, results-driven approach to growing their businesses. Participants were introduced to an 8-step framework designed to strengthen their business development processes and improve their ability to convert opportunities into closed deals. Through a combination of group and individual exercises, attendees assessed their current strategies, identified gaps and opportunities, and began developing actionable business development plans tailored to their needs. The session emphasized moving from conversation to conversion; helping entrepreneurs leverage their expertise while building sustainable sales momentum.
