With more than 20 years of senior HR leadership experience, including leading North American HR operations at Volvo Trucks and holding senior HR leadership roles within a Fortune 50 global automotive manufacturer, I bring enterprise-level judgment to complex organizational environments. I’ve supported large-scale transformation, navigated union and labor complexity, and advised executive leaders through periods of growth, pressure, and ambiguity.
