Oakland Thrive invites qualified public relations (PR) firms to submit proposals for comprehensive public relations and media outreach services to help increase earned and organic media visibility. The selected vendor will collaborate with the Oakland Thrive team to develop and execute a PR strategy that amplifies the organization’s mission, programs, and community impact across print, television, radio, and online outlets.
