Our Business Growth Strategy Sessions provides Oakland County entrepreneurs, startups, and existing small business owners with an opportunity to meet one-on-one with Oakland Thrive’s Startup & Turnaround Specialist, Donna Bauer, for a confidential business assessment and growth strategy session.

Participants will receive individualized guidance regarding business planning, growth opportunities, operational challenges, cash flow concerns, profitability improvement, financing options, marketing strategies, staffing issues, and business turnaround solutions.

Each participant will receive actionable recommendations, identified next steps, and connections to relevant resources and support services. Sessions are designed to help business owners evaluate their current situation, address obstacles, and develop practical strategies for sustainable growth.

Appointments will be scheduled in advance and require registration and completion of a business intake form.
