Participants will develop a comprehensive business plan tailored to a venture’s needs, learn how to use ISM’s tools to structure and enhance a business plan, gain practical insights and strategies from ISM’s integrated training tracks, and apply business planning methodologies that drive sustainable growth and long-term success.
