Oakland Thrive is a strategic partner to Oakland County’s government and administers the innovative Business Forward program. Together with non-profit partners, business Forward serves all Oakland County small businesses with special focus on underrepresented communities and minority, woman, and veteran-owned businesses. 

With Oakland Thrive at their side, business owners are able to focus on the reason they took the risk to start their business in the first place. Oakland Thrive is positioned to be the leaven to help small businesses in Oakland County rise.
